Interesting...but I guess justified...It does look a little racist. Sony did a pretty poor marketting job on this one though. They should have just came out with a more creative ad...

Do you honestly think they meant it to be racist though? Of course not.

People are crybabies. People always overreact to everything and blow it out of proportion. If it was the other way around where a black person was holding onto white person, I doubt there'd be any complaints. It's immaturity like this that allows moral jerks to run our lives, and have stupid things censored on anime.

Well, I guess some people can see it as racist. It expresses a lot of meaning in some what. They should have used something else instead. For example, a white tiger and a black tiger. A black something and a white something. Not human...

i dont see nothing wrong with that. Good ad. But, people are a bunch of cry babies and panzees.

i actually do see something wrong with that ad. Like genious said, why not use something like animals, or creative cartoons. I mean this "Sony"...the number 1 household name in the world we are talking about. A billion dollar corporation, yet this is the best their marketting team could come up with? isn't that pretty sloppy on sony's part?

They ought t know that ads like that will raise a red flag with Americans...I'm sure no one in the place where the ad was being marketted was complaining.

I don't know man. We can't just allow America to be too cushioned to the point where everything will eventually be censored. I find the ad somewhat tasteful and race never occurred to me. There are plenty of ads that intentionally imply things more offensive than this. Like you said, Sony is this big company and offending people on purpose is too risky for them. I don't think they intended to imply some racial subliminal message.

If I had a huge company, I guess I know not to have potentially "offensive" ads. Hm. I wondered how many people actually did find it offensive.

You know how americans are with everything...focusing on the little things to much, but I guess this AD, to me really does look somewhat racist, because Sony of all companies did the ad. I probably say this too much, but Sony is too smart, too rich, to pull a crappy AD like this out of their brains.

But you guys are right about, how sometimes you should just let it go...really not a big deal.

In all honesty, this ad won't hurt anyone really, unless you think that way.

I like their ad, but like I said before, they should have used something else. Some Americans are too sentitive to this, especally African American people, you know what I mean? Besides, some of them take it everything too seriously so... *rolling my eyes*

People just take these stuff too serious.
