Lil J's Back

My co-workers at Universal love Lil J. He's been called the next LL Cool J and he's Raven's boyfriend on "That's So Raven." Now Lil J is coming out with a new album called "Back like I left somethin" and it is really good. What do you guys think of Lil J?
