hi! now that everyone's fully aware of the new shietty asianavenue and is leaving it, i have a new idea. why dont u all join myspace?! hehehe i wonder if yalls have heard of this online community yet, but im sure this is my first time. my friends asked me to join, and waddya know? it's fun, but entirely different from asianavenue (i like aa when it was before). but i'm having a hard time customizing my page.

so my request to Tor is this: is there anyway u can do some tutorials on customizing myspace pages? it'll be cool if u did...my page sucks big time! so if u have time and bored Tor, check out myspace and tell me if my request is denied or accepted, okie? hehehe thanks! :D

yea that has tons of good templates...not much on tutorials though.

Maybe I can convince SN to create a myspace website help page. Her myspace is so clean and organize. She knows what she's doing on there.

Yea you have to use style sheets all the way, its actually pretty easy once you have the class names and stuff.

Maybe I can make an attempt on creating a web page help on there.

lol, i have the CSS code for myspace...pretty much on everything. the extended network part being covered, and add friends button links thing being covered...i got the code. but i took it off of my space because well...i dont go on there as much.

Since I signed up on myspace, like 1 month ago...I haven't updated it since. I figure how to tweak a few things that its. I'm not motivated enough to go through the source code...

the only thing I figured out with instead of having the layout centerd I can move it to the left side. LOL...which isn't that useful. Maybe we should do a poll and see what the peeps thing are this site helping out myspace.

I have gone on migente, but it has been so long since I've updated they might have deleted it... Matter fact I don't even remember my migente SN lol...

KillaLopez: oh gee, no need for the sarcasm. i dont go online as often so when i was introduced to myspace, i couldnt help my curiosity. im only registered at asianavenue, so that's the only place where i hang out (besides this site). i don't know other online communities so plz save ur sarcasm elsewhere. thanks.

Tor: thank u for at least considering. i know myspace is very confusing, and if u decide to do a tutorial on it, i'll be extremely grateful. :)

HTMLHELP4U: i know everything's based on CSS, but i dunno which id's or classes to use, which is the major problem.

WoaiNi, don't mind any form of sarcasm and Lopez, I hope you're not implying anything to her.

As for the topic, I won't join MySpace because whenever my siblings go there, the computer is hit with all sorts of bad stuff like spyware and the like. Also it's not my cup of tea.

No seriously, myspace. You have got to be shitting me. Look at it this way, people who go on myspace end up killing themselves. As I was sitting in my dad's car as he driving me to school this one time, there was a reporter on the radio talking about myspace and how bad it is for teenagers who go on myspace, and how dangerous it is. There was a person on myspace, who had an account by the name of "ubrokemylife" who posted on there that he hated everyone on myspace, and went into his bathroom, and shot himself with his parents gun. And the creator of myspace, Tom Davis, is actually a homosexual. Still obsessed with myspace now?

to other people: it's funny how yalls react to just one ridiculous comment, which in this case, was not initiated by me. i needed help; i asked. no other intentions, yet here i am, getting bombarding by sarcastic, smart-aleck comments. i didn't start the fire, but i think it's necessary to end it. however, i no longer feel welcome in here. it never ceases to amaze me how many intellectual folks out there can be so rude and obnoxious. wouldnt u think it's about time to...grow up?

I only posted and asked you to not be too sensitive because you don't really need to be mad or feel attacked by something like this. It isn't worth it. I also posted to make sure people control themselves and not make it uncomfortable for any member here. As you know, being rude or even implying insults is against the rules here. I'm not going to allow people to be harassed or insulted. Not on my watch.

Plus this thread hasn't recieved much of a reply since December 16. This fire has been dead until today. Which YOU revived. Just relax.

And Dreadscythe, although I'm not into MySpace you can't assume that the entire MySpace population will kill themselves just because an individual happened to do so. If you registered onto MySpace right now and stayed active, would you kill yourself? I doubt it.

Also it shouldn't matter what the creator's supposed sexuality is. If that's a deterrent for anybody then I'm sorry they feel that way. You're entitled to your beliefs and what not but if a homosexual discovered electricity... would you boycott the use of electricity altogether? That doesn't require an answer. It's one of those things to just think about.

Anyway concerning MySpace tutorials it seems like he's working on it right now. It'd be a dumb idea not to since it could give him a lot of hits.

Any way... people are overreacting here. WoAiNi, none of us have known you enough to even form an opinion. Please excuse the members that have caused for you to feel unwelcomed but do consider that just a few members here don't reflect this forum.

MySpace causing suicides? How people even believe that is just ridiculous. MySpace is merely a site that allows messaging, commenting and customizing your profile. There aren't any preachings or teachings or personal beliefs there other than of the members themselves. I don't see how that'd lead for people to suicide... irresponsible accusations.

Being careful isnt enough, I mean, you gotta have a miracle to not be hunted down and get raped, kidnapped, shot, loss of identity, etc.

I'm not going to refute or add to this ridiculous debate on MySpace but enough is enough.

Dread, it'd be a good idea to not talk to a moderator that way let alone try and tell her what she knows. Also be a little more sensitive to what others may enjoy. If you don't like it, fine but don't denounce it the way you did and not expect anyone to get annoyed.

Against my better judgement, I'm going to leave this open for discussion. If I find anymore nonsense from anyone here in this thread then I am just going to ban. No questions asked.
