An ambiguous question. Doubt that AA allows ani or cur files uploaded so I'm assuming you meant for C4U.

if you know how to make images then you know how to make cursors...its just a smaller picture...thats all with a transparent background...which you can export you gif as transparent...and upload it to your site..then the rest is history
