What's new to it aside from using two weapons at once?

Though I never played the first one that much I might consider buying it and checking out Online play for the first time...

If you played halo 1 then you would know. Its not about the fighting its about the story line that captures everybody that plays it.

Only played 5 minutes of Halo 1 and don't know anything from that much. What are the new features of the sequel to the game that changed FPS history?

Duel wielding probably, boarding a vehicle when enemys on it.

I'm not into that type of video games. Though I read somewhere that H2 sold over 2 million copies in its first day. And that xbox is popular because of that game. LOL. That says a lot about it.

But still, it's not my type of genre. So you'll never see me playing any first persion shooting game.

Halo 1 sold 5 million copies and thats why many people got the xbox. But yea Halo 2 sold 2.5 million copies first day and sales at 125 million bucks. Thats more money then any other movie, cd, game, anything has made on the first day. Kind of impressive.

i think it has to be da new covenant ppl and the energy sword MAN I FREAKIN LOVE THE ENERGY SWORD and other new weapons and the duel wield vehicle stuff and its almost a repetition i mean another Halo? atleast add a giant monster type of thing threatening da world

i never seen whats the big deal about halo i think its overrated i had halo 2 before it came out passed it in a week and never touched it again

i didnt play the first halo that much either...but halo 2 cheated, people got addicted to halo 1 and got an x-box and then they saw halo 2 commercials or previews or whatever and flipped

Haha, you know, my Halo skills got lost for like five months. When Halo 2 came out I was like, "No, don't buy iiiit!" Man, was forced to play it with these skill cousins of mine. XP

I love halo 1/2... I loved the energy sword... one hit from it, you're dead..most of the time, i just rather shoot people with rocket lancher or sniper to get it down faster.. depending on the which stage it is... gotta love it!!

I got XBL (XBOX LIVE) and I play H2, well not as much as I did before.. Its very boring now.. They used to have a bunch of cheaters and whatnot...

yeah me and my friends always played online but, we stopped cause cheating in "matchmaking" was getting out of hand. Bungie fixed it all but there were a little slow, now not many people play it anymore.
